Our temperature monitoring systems helps provide a management solution that helps our fleets monitor temperatures in-transit to prevent product spoilage and rejected deliveries. Our temperature monitors offer automated and continuous temperature logging so fleets can eliminate manual recordkeeping and make it intuitive to provide accurate temperature readings in real time. Not only does this help us communicate effectively with customers, but it also ensures standard compliance. Since temperature and humidity information is continuously logged, our fleet can easily pull historical data as proof of product quality to regulators.

Fleet operations are under constant pressure to deliver more efficiencies while maintaining a safe working environment for staff and protecting valuable assets. Our GPS fleet tracking system is an essential tool for making our fleet more effective, reducing costs, and ultimately allowing us to do more with less.

Our Tracking System delivers real time information on the location, activity and mobile inventory of each vehicle which helps us improve business performance and customer service. It also provides valuable protections insights in the event of vehicle theft and recovery. Features such as Geo-Fencing Solutions enables us to control the area each vehicle can operate in and hence maximize our vehicles’ and staff productivity by creating a geo-fence: a virtual boundary within which a specific vehicle can operate.

REAL TIME PROOF OF DELIVERY (P.O.Ds):

At Transline Ways Ltd, we use advanced delivery management software featuring an electronic proof of delivery app, a mobile solution for real-time driver performance monitoring and delivery confirmation. Our paperless delivery system works as route planning software for arranging multiple deliveries in seconds. You can also use our mobile app as a QR/Barcode scanner for load control. Track-POD's out-of-the-box features include GPS vehicle tracking, custom delivery notifications, and electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) template. You can capture signatures and take photos to populate your digital delivery note and confirm that the delivery was successful.


REVERSE LOGISTICS:

At Transline Ways Ltd we reckon that the key to a successful supply chain is not only planning how to distribute our clients’ products, but how to bring it back — both customer returns and obsolete products. Managing returns effectively allows our clients to recapture value or reduce write-offs, while keeping their customers happy.

OUR FLEET:

We operate a well-maintained fleet of 5 Tonnes, 10 Tonnes, 15 Tonnes and 28 Tonnes trucks which are company owned as well as others signed to the company.

Our fleets of trucks used in transportation of our clients’ cargo from loading points to various destinations are fitted with tracking devices as well as goods in transit insurance therefore ensuring reliable and secure services is offered. Through contractual agreement with other transport companies we ensure that clients’ goods are transported efficiently and affordably.

We provide total freight solutions of cargo within our borders.
